Absentee ballots available

October 2 All day

Online portal for applications opens September 19 for the November General Election. On October 2, the Greenwich Town Clerk will begin mailing out absentee ballots to those who submitted applications. Any eligible voter may vote by absentee ballot—no excuse is required.

Starting October 2, instead of receiving your ballot by mail, you may go into the Town Clerk’s office (101 Field Point Road) to complete an absentee ballot application and receive your absentee ballot on the spot. You may then complete your ballot and return it there. Regular Town Clerk office hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm.

Drop boxes for your completed absentee ballots are located near the Greenwich Town Hall visitor parking lot, in the lobby of Town Hall (101 Field Point Road) and in the Public Safety Complex lobby (11 Bruce Place). You may also return your completed ballot by mail.

Absentee ballots must be received by the Greenwich Town Clerk by 8 pm on Election Day, November 3rd.
