Hale Bayram brings to the job over 25 years of leadership experience in finance, product management, risk assessment, and strategic business development within the global payment and consumer goods sectors at Unilever and Mastercard.
A proud Greenwich resident for over 20 years, Hale currently serves on the Representative Town Meeting (RTM) for district 3 on the Finance, Labor Contracts, and Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committees.
Hale holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s in Finance from Istanbul University, and undertook advanced studies in Accounting at the University of Connecticut, and Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Hale is married with two daughters who went to Hamilton Avenue, Western Middle, and Greenwich High Schools. She is very proud of her kids’ academic and professional achievements.
