Candidate for Board of Estimate and Taxation
Laura Erickson has served our town government for 21 years. She served two terms on the Board of Estimate and Taxation (BET) and was a member of the Budget and Audit Committees. She is a past chair of the Board of Education and served on the town legislative body, the Representative Town Meeting (RTM) for over a decade on both the Finance and Health & Human Services Committees.
Laura currently serves on the board of the Norwalk Community College Foundation and is a prior board member of the Greenwich Alliance for Education and the Greenwich United Way.
Laura is a 30-plus-year resident of Greenwich. Her three children attended Greenwich Public Schools from K-12. She is also a former PTA co-president at Greenwich High and Riverside Schools. Professionally, Laura was a commercial banker in the technology sector.
